Brooke at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood

Brooke was one of the performers tonight (Sunday, December 14th) at the LA's BEST 15th Annual Community Jam Against Violence at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood, CA. She played "Let It Be" and did a duet of Carole King and Celine Dion's "The Reason" with Carly Smithson, who also sang at the event. Stevie Wonder was the surprise guest of the night!

A couple of Carly fans said they would report for us! She was filling in for Michael John because he was stuck at the airport!

It's so awful that Michael couldn't attend due to a mix-up at the airport. Some of my MJO friends were looking forward to seeing him tonight, but they took it very well and they really enjoyed Brooke and Carly's performances.
Brooke is amazing for filling in on such short notice!
I can't wait to see the video of Brooke/Carly's duet. "The Reason" is very fitting as Carole King and Celine Dion are their musical inspirations. =)
